A travel policy that only exists on paper doesn't hold a budget. Here it becomes a rule inside the platform: everyone books their own trip within what the company wrote — nobody has to ask permission, and nobody steps out of line.
Lowest-fare policy
The platform compares the options and makes it clear when a choice leaves the lowest available fare behind. That's how spending stops growing while nobody is looking.
Advance-booking policy
You set how many days ahead a trip must be booked, and the rule applies to everyone — no backstage exceptions.
Approval flow
You design the flow on the platform. Once booked, the trip must go through approval before it can be issued — there's no shortcut.
The approver receives each request by e-mail and as an app notification.
